For two hundred generations, a Y'nari people have dominated the southern steppe of Tai-Emer. They are an immigrant people, native to Kelestia far to the northeast. Generally quiet and peaceful, the Ten Clans of Nuyan Khôm are known for a vertical fold of skin from the upper eyelid that covers the inner corner of the eye (Asian single eyelid).
