The colony of Fauns of the Emerald Forest are guests of the Forest People and they repay their hospitality by guarding the forest perimeter and helping to protect the wood. They prefer to run naked, though some will clothe themselves in kilts when traveling outside the forest. Since all fauns are male, they propagate by the occasional forays to the Shay fishing villages or to the Amazon City of Sarnak.

Physical Characteristics

Build: Tall and muscular. Men average 170 pounds.
Coloring: Fair skin and chestnut brown hair. They have light brown or hazel eyes.
Endurance: Average but movement rate is twice normal.
Height: Men 5'8" to 6'4"(d8).
Lifespan: Immortal.
Resistance: Resistant to bacterial, fungal, viral diseases or infections and to extremes of temperature.
Special Abilities: Naturally Artistic.
