These professions concentrate on learning how to use weapons, skills of maneuver and manipulation, but they find it difficult to learn spells. Barbarian - Barbarians are non-spell users who are uncivilized, outdoor fighters that shun the use of armor and who focus their combat skills toward one weapon group. (School of Hard Knocks) Fighter - Fighters are non-spell users who will find it relatively easy to gain expertise in a variety of different weapons and to wear heavier types of armor. (Core) Outrider - Outriders are non-spell users who concentrate their skills on stealth, awareness and are normally scouts for armies or caravans. (School of Hard Knocks) Rogue - Rogues are non-spell users with some expertise with thieving abilities and are more specialized knowledge of arms than that possessed by fighters. (Core) Sage - Sages are non-spell users who specialize in knowledge gathering, learning new languages, finding old tomes and discovering forgotten knowledge. (School of Hard Knocks) Swashbuckler - Swashbucklers are non-spell users who are well traveled, cultured, posses odd bits of knowledge and have studied many forms of fighting.
